Pharynx

Dear sir,
I am getting intermittent itching in pharynx with non productive cough. Please suggest a remedy.

Gelsemium 30 five drops/pellets three times a day.In addition Calc Flour 6x five tabs three times a day.

Feedback after 4 days.

There is no improvement with the mentioned medicines.
