pinkie pain

Hello - the top part of my pinkie on my left hand is swollen, painful and feeling inflamed with the bone sticking out slightly and looking red (like a closed blister) just below the nail on the left side of the pinkie. The bone also sticks out a bit lower on the right side of the pinkie but is not painful. Came on quite suddenly - I have no history of gout or arthritis. Appreciate your recommendation for a remedy - many thanks in advance for your time and help.

Hello - am providing feedback after taking the suggested remedies. There has been no change to the condition of my pinkie. It’s still quite swollen and red on the left side and has a small looking (closed) blister which is possibly not a blister but an infection on the inside or bone sticking out. Still quite painful as well.

Appreciate your further thoughts - many thanks!

Hello again - alas still no change in the condition. 'Deformity' still there and looking more and more like arthritis rather than an infection. Pain remains fairly constant but particularly after more intense use of pinkie. Appreciate your thoughts.

Remedies taken as directed. There has been a little bit of progress in the condition in that it is somewhat less painful than before.

Unfortunately the deformity is still the same, with left and right sides of the pinkie still sticking out and quite sensitive to the touch (more so on left than right side). Pinkie feels quite stiff and pain returns on and off. Your further advice is appreciated.

Hi again - I know we said feedback in a couple of weeks, but I happened to see a MD today and he diagnosed my pinkie as 'gangrene'. Might that change my remedy? Many thanks for your help.

ok will do - thanks very much

Sorry to trouble you again. My nurse friend seems to think I have misunderstood the MD and that he may have said 'ganglion' (cyst) and not gangrene. Do not have any gangrene symptoms so just thought I'd update you on the state of affairs.

Hello again - the situation remains largely unchanged although pinky is less swollen. Have gone back to Sulphur 200 + Lycopodium 30 (plus Silicea and Calc Phos 6x) as Ruta did not make any difference. Will continue for a few more weeks in hopes it will slowly heal. Will let you know.

Thank you again for your help and advice.
