Flu and throat infection plus nasal blockage

i am suffering from nasal blockage since long but i was carrying with it as i was flying pressurised jet but now i have to undergo a non pressurised aircraft training so one day with minor nasal block i ended up having my left ear block and heavy , the air seems trapped inside , i had minor throat infection too. i did augmento course of about 27 tablets 625mg now i am using anti alergics also but all in vain i am still sneezing lots of spam from nose and throat.my flying is stopped since month and i am worried help me in finding out correct medicine for this with quick results
