need help pls. How to remove red/brown acne marks?

Hi,

I came accross this forum while looking for some natural ways to remove those post acne marks on my faec. They seem to be ev'rywhere. red/brown spots. B4 I can remove them few new breakouts happen again. Currently I'm going back on my daily ritual of bittergourd drink (stopped for awhile, guess that's why my zit came back). But it's those scars / marks that's driving me nuts.

Thanks for any suggestion on this.
