For Joe De Livera: Precautions while using Arnica

Dear Joe De Livera,
Per your advise on the forum, i have ordered Arnica 30C and Arnica Q. Just wondering what all precautions I need to take during the medication. I understand the Coffee and Coke should not be taken, but what else? Is Tea fine?

Thanks sir, I dont mind at all until I am getting perfect replies :-)

BTW, I take 2 cups of Tea per day, hope that's fine? What about consumption of Beer? Is it Okay to have it Once in a week? And last, do I need to use Cocunut oil with Arnica Q or I can use any oil, like Brahmi or Mustard?
