hyperacidity + acid reflux
Before 4 months i went allopathy medicine for cold .The doctor given prescriptions .After taken the medicine and the next day morning i got severe giddiness.I thought itis because of overdose.
but after a month if i take any spicy item i will get this giddiness.
I consulted the doctor .I told those problems and i have in the area between chest and the stomach and some times is is very hard and i will get giddiness and headaches.
doctor told that you have got hyperacidity and reflux problem . they given allopathic medicines.
I am continuing the medicine for more than a month .
While taking i am getting some relief but if stop the medicine for 2 days again i am getting the problem.
My friend is advicing to go for homeopathy for hyperacidity problem.

preparation:
stop all allopathic medicines for gastritis.
diet:
have your diet simple, on time and in regular intervals. do not overeat at one time but space out your food intake.
take a lot of fibres and water to ensure regular bowel movements.
remedies:
take NUX VOM 200C three doses on a single day in empty stomach. take the doses 4 hours apart.
do not take any remedy or allopathic medication for the next seven days.
after that, start RECKEWEG R5 and R7 alternately.
take R5 and R7 ( 10 drops with 20 ml of water ) alternately every 3 hours.
continue this for two weeks. take the remedies in empty stomach. do not take any food 1/2 hour before and 1 hour the remedies.
if the above protocol does not give you 100% relief in the next two months, you can stop RECKEWEG and take LYCOPODIUM 200C one dose every alternate day for some days.
hope the above would give you permanent relief.
