Allergies

My son is 5& half years old
Itchy skin with redness over face, around eyes, red watery eyes, redness around eyelids with mild swelling of eyelids, redness with itchy skin over forearms
-symptoms started 4 days ago... worse when he plays outside- grass etc
-tolerates cold better, sensitive by nature
-likes salty foods,
-had eczeme in the past- was treated by some homeo meds (names not known) given by a professional from India
