having diabetes since 1999.
taking allopathic medicines.
now having complete impotence.
no erections,no desire.no libido.
please help me.

you can try (Acid phos Q)5 drops in one glass of water 3 times a day up to 2 weeks only and stop and wait one week any change cantact me please.
