Arnica Harvesting?

I have a huge amount of arnica growing on my property and I would like to know the best way to harvest and make use of it. I have always purchased arnica products and I would like to know how to make use of this plant. Do I pick just flower or leaves as well? Can I just dry it and make tea or tincture? Please give me some direction.
