I recently has some bleeding from above the rectum and the doctor told me that its pilonidal sinus.... He suggests i should get operarted...its in the very prelimiary stage..there is some blood outflow at times...there isnt any pain yet...

should i give homeopathy a try ? one of the docs asked me to take Silicea ?

I have read this thread about pilonidal sinus and used Silicea, and my condition is good now. Thank you very much for your help, I feel really grateful for what you are doing here.

My problem is that at that time I did not know how to get Myristica, therefore I did not take that. I just realized now that I could order it from this page :-/

My cyst burst open when I was taking Silicea and it was healed in 3-4 days, but the cyst is not gone, it is just calm (small and brown) now. Sometimes it causes very slight pain, and then reduces back, but the area has a brown stain on it, and no hair is growing there. I wonder what I should do. Shall I buy Myristica, take it, wait for the cyst to open & pus and do the same process again? Or shall I wait for the cyst to either cause more trouble or disappear?

If I should by Myristica, is the full name of this medicine Myristica Sebifera?

Pl. get Myrsitica...it will act like a doctor's knife and takes out all the dead cells from the area. Then Silicea helps to move new cells into the area.

Could you please give me a advice regarding the myristica.
i could not get the the myristica 200 but i got a d12 or c30 ( i am not sure now as i do not have it at hand) is there a difference between myristica and myristica sebifera?
do this other potencies serve the purpose?
i have the other necessary remedies.
and one more question please. i have heard that the homeopathic remedies are spoiled when passed thourgh x-ray. i have gone with the glubuli through several of those in the airports. could it be, that the globuli are useless now?

My son has pilonidal cyst that leaks and dries alternatively. He has benn having this problem for 2 years now. It has been dry and hasn't oozed any pus or blood for quite some time now. What do you suggest he takes to get rid of the problem permanently. Someone suggested he take Silica and Hepar Sulph alternately. Is this right? Kindly suggest a permanent remedy.

Hello everyone. I'm a white male born in the USA in my late 30's. I wanted to write in and express my gratitude to Pankaj Varma for helping remedy my pilonidal cyst using Myristica and the two different doses of Silicea.

I've had this cyst for at least 10 years and it has incapacitated me on numerous occasions, too many to count. I have been able to better live with the cyst by taking a primrose oil gel and a flax oil gel once a day.

A month ago I had one of the most severe flareups and decided to look into different alternative therapies. The flax and primrose worked to a certain extent but I would still get flareups and this was the worst yet. All forums I visited suggested surgery and I was just going to suffer through the pain.

I am strongly against many western medical procedures so surgery for this ailment was out of the question. I followed the instructions which Pankaj Varma had given on many threads here and the results have been extraordinary. I was not expecting such incredible results. The cyst was absolutely HUGE, at least the size of a golf ball and would not, for lack of a better word, pop. It kept getting worse and I couldn't even turn over in my sleep without pain. My personal experience with this homeopathic remedy has been incredible and it astonishes me to hear people badmouth the gifts which come from this dicipline (homeopathy). I've lived with this ailment for a decade and found no hope in 'modern medicine'. Cutting someone open seems to be the best treatment available which seems to me barbaric in contrast with homeopathy.

Doctors (as in most professions) must truly care about what they do in order to really help people. Pankaj Varma has really made an impact on my life and I wanted to just let people know my experience with regards to his help.

Here is the story of my painfull journey since last seven months. It started with a small pimple on the middle crease of my buttocks just above anus. I didn't care much about it. It drained with pus and blood in a week time. I thought that was the end of it. I did apply some antibiotic cream to heal. It was fine for two weeks. Then again it drained same way. I went to doctor they suggested me surgeory. The doctor isnt's sure if it is fistula or pilonidal sinus. He say the only way he can say is the diagnosis under anesthesia. I wasn't agree with the surgon. I decided to start homeopathy treatment. I am taking arnica montena 30c,silicea 6x and net phos and 6x, antibiotic cream. I had been taking these dose since last two months. I see little imporvement but not much. I am not sure what I have ? Is it fistula or pilonidal sinus. ? Right now I have 1/4 inch of tear (hole) on the middle crease of my buttocks just above anus, i do feel some small lump inside. It drains every two to three weeks with blood and sometimes with pus. It heels in two days and then comes back again in 15 to 20 days. I don't have problems during bowl movements. Dr. Verma please advise me the right medicines.

My husband is suffering from severe eruptions with watery discharge in the scrotum. as it is winter time here so a local homeopath suggested on Petroleum. Which has reduced the itching in the scrotum. But now he has developed boils in his left thighs. the first boil could not ripen up and it popped itself and now has formed a hard cyst. The blisters would be calmed once he would scratch and then some watery fluid would come out of the blisters. We refered a local homeopath and he suggested the Petroleum as it was a problem during the winter. After a week later he developed boils on his left thigh. first it was painful and then some pus popped out of it. as we used a home remedy (methi paste) on the boil to get the head. One of the boils is still there and looks like pus is still there. the bilsters in the scrotum are also itching him too much.

He also suffers from constipation. It takes a lot of time for him to excrete the stool. The discharge seems ok.

one of the boils that popped has a pale yellow colored pus, but the former boil just had thin bloody discharge.
the boil was unbearable. But then he took silica 30 yesterday, 3 gobules, 4 times. the itching seems to have reduced. but is this the right remedy. please suggest.

Silicea is one of the good remedies, but, wrong potency in this state and symptoms. Please stop all remedies and never self-prescribe as homoeopathic remedies are very powerful. These have side effects.

You need to take Thuja 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times only for ONE day.

Also, purchase Silicea 6X, Natrum Sulph 6X,
Ledum Pal 200C and Natrum Phos 6X, but, please do not start taking yet.

i need some help with my pilonidal cyst. i had when to the doctor they had inserted a needle and there were no kind of puss. the pilonidal cyst i have is hole between the but crack or between the but crack and above the but crack its a lump or swelling every time i am squeezing it blood comes out . most of the time i am cleaning it all the time . i need some help and surgery is not my option hearing the sad news of people who had surgery
