Taking I M dosage - can I have mint or chocolate?

On Aug. 5 I took Staphysagria IM. It is my understanding that it may continue to work inside my body for up to a year. Does this mean I should not take mint or chocolate for a year?

I will go a step further and say that, as long as there are no strong odors present while taking the medicine, even a gap of 5 minutes is sufficient. :-)

Staphisgiria's effect in the body remains for about 20 to 30 days. It must complete its work during this period.

I want to know the basis of some one's suggesting that it remains working for one year.

Thank you all for your helpful answers. Rajendra, another website said the high potencies stay in the body for months. I had a telephone consult with the website's health counselor and she said it could continue working for one year.
