Tonsils , biochem 10?

I have 2 kids both of them suffer with tonsil infection very frequently. (some times cold and phlegm). I am afraid of the amount of antibiotics they were subjected to.

Is there any gentle medicine for helping them to reduce the tonsils problem and immunity?

I read Biochem 10 can be used for Tonsils and Biochem 38 as general tonic.

Are they useful and safer for kids? How long can we use them?
