warts on toddler

My two year old has warts only on the right side of his body: between toes (quite a few of them) and a couple on his cheek (under an eye and on his his nose near eye. The ones on his face look like tiny white spots. Warts between his toes are also small and pointy with white tops.
I have tried thuja 30 for a couple of weeks but warts are still there.
Would love to hear your advice.
Thank you1

Hello,
we've tried Thuja 200c, we do apply Thuja Q (but only on warts that are on my son's feet, not on the ones on his face as they are around eye). So far - no improvement at all. By now my little one has warts on the upper eyelid, and a couple more under the eye (they seem to itch as my son tries to scratch them). The skin under his eye is often dry and sometimes red.
Warts on his toes are spreading too. One of them is quite big, horny and started to bleed.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

Please stop thuja and wait for a week without medicine and then try NITRICUM ACIDUM-200 one dose daily for a 7 days and report.
