Fatty Liver Painful

Hi I am a homoeo doctor, but i have fatty liver pain, and swelling and pain after eating any fat or oily food, and this starts when i ate some little cooked mutton, please tell me what should i do? i have taken phos and Merc sol in different times, i have hypertension also. please suggest any remedy.
i am a syphillitic person, feels both seasons, saliva from mouth in sleep, desires salty things, abhors fat and sweets, desires solitude.

please try MERCURIUS SOLUBILIS if you are syphilitic or PHOSPHORUS as per your symptoms. However Cheledonium is a general remedy.

I have used merc sol and Phos but no effect, so i am using Chelidonium Q, maybe this effects.
