Skin Problem - Dandruff

Respected Doctor
I am 30 Yrs old male and I am suffering with dandruff problem since last more than 2 years. I used to use coconut oil 4 years before and I never had dandruff. But since last 4 years I have not used any oil. There was a change in location (from India to Nigeria) 4 years before.
I have never used any medicine for dandruff. Pl let me know if this can be treated.
