Constipation and dandruff
Hi,I've been suffering from constipation and dandruff since my childhood. Constipation i think aggrevates with use of coffee. Dandruff increases if constipation persists for may days.
During patches when my constipation is better, dandruff seems to be in control.
Eating habits, have a craving for sweets, vegetarian diet, mom has gas, acidity problems don't exercise too much.
Please help.

I am not using Phytolacca yet, while browsing the forums someone mentioned one of the uses of Phytolacca is that it cured dandruff in quite a few folks. So i was thinking of giving it a shot.
Will Sulphur also help with the constipation?
