Hi ,I am suffering from stammring problem since when i was 6 year old,
problem in :
talk to unknown , unable to attand meeting/presentations , not able to initiate discussion in group,interview, unable to determine the word, wired mind
request you to please help me

Hayosyamus and stramonium are effective for stammering.Read both the medicines and select one which matches with thy symptoms, in 3oc potency for 2 weeks daily one dose.
If it is due to nervous weakness Magnesium Phos 3oc can help u for stammering.
Almonds are very effective for the same problem,take 7 almonds after peeling off in fasting regularly for some period.

I don't think so.Thus medicine has started healing process avoid further dosage unless it requires.
Next few days watch further improvement with already given doses.

When you think there is aggravation, stop taking the remedy and observe. In fact I recommended only one unit dose of Stramonium in your other post for this very reason.
BTW follow Rishi's suggestion as well - Causticum. But try only a unit dose i.e., 2 or 3 doses distributed on a single day and observe. Take this after a gap of atleast a week or two.
You have to be patient also as this is a chronic problem. You also have to focus on other psycho-somatic factors.

i m taking stremonium 30 since 2-3 weeks. in first week i had got improved 40%. but from second week onwards, this medicin is not effecting me even i m taking two dose daily.

A cardinal principle of Homeopathy is stop taking the medicince when you notice a change: aggravation/ amelioration/ new symptoms/ old symptoms reappearing.
You should have atleast decreased the frequency.
Now give atleast a gap of one week and take a unit dose of Causticum 30 and observe.
You must also be patient and work on other things.
