Constitutional remedy for anger.
Hello,I was hoping someone could help me with a constitutional remedy.
Im 45 year old male, 6 feet, 192 pounds. I live in the North East part of US. Im married and have two young kids. Im relatively healthy and the only thing that does bother me is some kind of an eczema on my face, one spot on my right arm and same size spot on my left leg. The other thing that does bother me is that Im forgetful. Dont ask me too much detail from my childhood, I dont remember. I also have memory problems, lets say I need to get something, I start going in that direction and by the time Im in the close proximity to that object, I just dont remember what it is. I need to stay there for a minute or two and recall what I was there for.
When I was a child I used to get sick a lot, mostly with bronchitis. I used to have some kind of a skin problem (I dont think that it was eczema) when I was a child. Doctors were recommending changing a climate and when my mom was taking me to a different region, my skin problems did improve. Eventually, I outgrew this problem. I dont have any close friends. I did have a couple of friends in the past, but our ways had parted. This fact does not bother me much. Starting with 4th grade I was trying to make friends with some kids and for some reason (I dont know why) I was not accepted. That did bother me, however I was able to overcome this and became friends with some other guys. They were not what I really wanted, but I stuck with them because I wanted some company.
I did not get along with my mom, who was trying to dictate every aspect of my life. One thing about her that stuck in my mind is that she always told me how difficult I was. I always was wondering if a person can be right at least once in his lifetime. When I became a father myself, I realized that its not easy to be a parent, I understand my mom by far better now than in the past.
I served military (I grew up in a different country) and hate it with all my passion. I had to deal with a lot of verbal abuse and could not do anything about it. One thing from my military experience: once I was knocked out unconscious, I dont know how long I was on the floor, but when I got up, blood was coming out from my nose and the mouth and could not remember where I was. When I finally made it back to my barrack, I could not remember where my bed was and had to ask someone to point me to it.
What I currently have an issue with is my anger. I can flare up in a second (I always been like that). Sometimes I can hardly control my anger. At the same time I can be very sensitive to someones pain (not always though). The biggest challenge is to deal with my son. My wife tells me that because he is so like me, I cant get along with him. His constant whining and complaining is driving me mad.
Some other details about me:
Dont like hot weather (anything above 75F I dont like). My feet and arms are usually cold and lately in winter time my cold feet do bother me. I like meat and sea food. If I dont eat fish for a about a week or so, I get cravings. On occasion I could eat sweets, but not too crazy about it. Im pretty self confident. I like to pay attention to little details. I like to cook and dont like to go out. Like to travel, however havent done much lately. I get pretty sleepy in the afternoon and love to take a nap (sometimes could be as long as two hours) if I get a chance. I read a lot of homeopathic books, solved cases and such, however Im by no mean pretend like I know homeopathy.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your replies. I did not have enough time to read rubrics on these remedies. Will try to do it over the weekend. I think, at first glance, that Nux vom is more sutable, based on my mind condition. I'll keep you posted.
