Itchy sculp and hair loss

l have had these problem a month ago. My sculp is vvery itchy and flakes all the time. My hair started falling out and decided to cut it all. This was done 3 weeks ago and up to now there is not much hair that grown. l dont know what l can put on it cause everything seems wrong. l even work up in the middle of the night to scratch. Am waiting for dermatology appointment 4weeks l need help now its driving me crazy.
