moles and brown spots on face

i am very fair skinned.i have a few brown and black coloured moles on my face.i have oily skin so i don't apply sunscreen when i go out in the sun .due to which i have recently got a few brown spots on my face.i have been intaking thuja 200 cc drops for the past 10 days.but there has been no improvement.i would be grateful if you could provide me with a remedy that can solve my problem within a short span of time.

Thuja is a very deep acting remedy and u are taking it for last 10 days,stop the remedy at once and avoid self medication.
