Is there a cure for Proteinuria?

My brother has been diagnosed with Proteinuria and Nephrotic syndrome and he is 20yrs old.
His creatinine is 3.59 mg%
Bp: 160/90 mm of Hg.
Wt: 97 kgs
Hemoglobin: 9.4
I would like to know if there is a remedy to this disease.
I have read in 1 of d forum abt a medicine called Eel serum (Serum anguillar ichthyotoxin)...i would like to weather it will work in my brother's case....Thank u

please try (Lycopodium-30c) 2pills twise a day for week only then stop after 3weeks report me back,ok
