Chronic Bleeding Piles

I am 39 years old male suffering from grade II hemorroids for about 20 years. I have the problem off and on and recently it has aggrivated. I have tried different remedies like, Nux Vomica, Hammelis, Collinsonia, Dr. Reckeweg R13 drops but I didn't get any relief. I have recently started taking Dr. Schwabe Aesculus Pentarken and I have found a little relief.I have bleeding while passing stools and sometimes I feel weekness. I have consulted the surgeon and he didn't advise any surgery. I advised me to take Ispaghol and I used to take it on regular basis for about 3-4 years but still my pilesare not treated. Please advise what should I do now.

my mother also have same above problem for 12 years now a days she having bleeding piles.
she using hamamelies 200 c GHR 19 and many other homeo remdy no onr working.

how to stop bleeding piles? tell plzz

There are many remedies for piles. It is true that sulphur and nux vom lead them all. But there is no point in ignoring other remedies.
