Adenoids and enlarged tonsils

Hello! I was reading some posts here and would like to try to get an advise from someone knowledgeable. My daughter was diagnosed with adenoids and enlarged tonsils. She is 7. Enlarged tonsils I have noticed the first time when she was 6,5. As all children get sick during winter season especially who goes to school she did to. Just a regular cold. I usually treat her with homeopathic remedies and it seems to help. But either I did something wrong or may be used a wrong remedy she had a stuffed nose for quite some time. After that she started to snore during her sleep and then about 4 month ago she started to cough very slightly like something just tickling her throat and she is trying to get it out. I took her to a doctor (in Canada) and he did point to me that her tonsils are a bit large which is normal for her age and she will outgrow that. But she is staying for a summer with my mother in Russia and she took her to another doctor for a second opinion and the other doctor said that she has adenoids and that needs to be treated right away. The doctor prescribed her nose drops very popular in Russia that contain silver and iodine. I could not find any information about those drops on the internet and started to read about homeopathic treatment. But I know that it is not universal and every case is different and that's where I decided to post this to get an advise. She is a healthy kid, very bright and joyful. She is a bit restless and doesn't want to go to bed on time staying up late. She has normal appetite. No known allergies though her father is very allergic to pollen and all kinds of plants. I never had allergies so far. We have a cat, but we had it since she was born and never seen any signs that she has any allergies to him. She does love sweets, but I don't know if there is anything wrong with that as everybody her age love sweets. Please ask me what other details you need about her health. Thank you!
