Empty stomach or not doesn't matter. You should not eat anything 30 minutes before as well as after. So may be taken empty stomach or after breakfast.

You should take only 3 doses and then no further for 15 days.

Thanks for the response
As advised I have taken three doses of Staphysagria 1M in liquid dilution form as follows
I took my First dose on Sunday morning, second dose in the evening and finally third dose on Monday morning.
Now what has to be done next kindly advice....
I understand no further doses for next 15 Days....
but actually I don't really feel any change in swelling or pain

I am very sorry for contacting you so lately, at the same time I am thankful that your medicine has worked. Now swelling is almost suppressed and pain has also reduced. But sometimes I do have pain but not as before.
I would like to know how long I have to continue the medicine.....
Can I take one more dose of Staphysagria 1M so that in future Hernia does not develop
First Dose was taken on 25th of Feb'2013.

Belladonna is a fantastic remedy and there is no need to take Staphysagria 1M as long as Belladonna works. Belladonna should be discontinued now in a phased manner like once a day, once in 2 days and so on.
