2 year old with multiple pneumonia and asthma

Hi anyone,please reply asap as my son is chronically ill. He was born premature, 4 weeks early, Caesarian, as my placenta was not feeding him well and he stopped growing. when he came out he had difficulty breathing and was put on oxygen for 5 days in the incubator. He was doing fine untill he started vaccinations. had reactions after each one, sneezing, runny nose, fever, screaming.he developed his first cold at 6 months which developed into pneumonia after 3 days. ever since then when he has a cold it develops into cough and pneumonia in 3 days. he has been given intravenous antibiotics 3 times, and oral ones 4 times. after antibiotics he develops wheezing and last pneumonia, 2 months ago, he was given steroids for 3 days and antihistamines. now he was hot at night only, fine during the day, for last 4 days. today coughing and wheezing. am affraid new pneumonia is coming.
homeopath suggested ipec 3 globuli 3 times a day and arg.nit. 3 times a day. when i gave it to him he becomes irritable, cries. today i gave him ipec and it brought wheezing and laboured chest breathing.
he is very charming and clever, but terrible temperament. as a baby used to hit his head on cushions or throw his body backwards when in tantrum. he has to get his way. he is very clingy. doesn't sleep well at night, even though he is in our bad, as in his bed he screams for hours. he tosses and turns. very peculiar is his need to rub my bones, mostly elbow. i breastfed him for 12 months. he had reactions if i ate eggs. now he has food allergies to dairy products, mayonaise, eggs.he gets immediatelly runny nose,sneezing,skin rash and even eachy tongue. he coughs without bringing out anything. when on baby formula at 12 months he had bloody dhiarhea, vomitting. he craves sweets, cakes, chocolate. likes to drink a lot but chokes on sips frequently. he also falls a lot and gets knocked. i am not sure what makes him better, but travelling with airconditioning and dust, as we live in africa, makes him much worse. please advise soon, i do not want another round of antibiotics and bad reactions from them and steroids...
