Poly cystic ovaries diesease & iron deficiency

this is first time i m writing please suggest.

age 24
female
problem: irregular periods sometime last for long like 10 to 15 days
sometimes start back early

tests undertaken:

1.US Pelvis Transabdominal
& Transvaginal.

result: Both Ovaries were slightly enlarged and they contained more than 12 Follicles measuring less than 10mm in diameter.
Ultrasound pictures are typical of Polysystic Ovaries
the right Overy measured 38x33x21mm (14mls)
the left ovary measured
34x28x23mm (12mls)

no free fluid, cysts or adnexal masses seen.

else is normal.

2.Blood tests.

Serum Prolactin level: normal 150mu/l
Serum ferritin:
normal 26.1 ug/l
B12 / Folate level:
normal
Postmenopausal 38-430 nrml
Premenopausal 59-619 nrml

FBC:
hb 12.2g/dl nrml
WBCs 9.0 10*9/l nrml
RBCs 5.59 10*12/l nrml
Haematocrit 0.39 nrml
MCV 68.9fl (80-96)low
red blood cell distribution width: 13.9% nrml

these are the different tests i have been undertaken with just to sort out my irregular periods.

i believe that these disorders can be cure by homeopathic treatment

any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

1. Describe your main suffering?

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.

as you know what my main concern is and what is the main problem (irregular periods) as you can see better in results.
here are the detail you need:

note: been in London from last 4 years before that i was in Pakistan.

ans:
as such not any serious sufferings but feeling more hair falling. and rapid growth of facial and body hair. headache mostly in right half. feel chilly body most of time espacially hands and feet.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
ans:
very rarely nose bleeding

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
ans:
feel uncomfortable sometime irritaion,depressing and disappointment.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
ans:
sometimes feel disappointed and start thinking how to get rid of this condition.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
ans:
i had never a certain or exact date for my periods. almost 5 years ago sometimes i had more than one periods in one month. but from last two years now its getting worst which maked me a bit worried so i had my complete check up blood tests and scan.
now sometimes i have periods stared from clotting and then in 2 days time get heavier and lasts for 2 weeks sometimes.
i was taking pills for almost 1 year on doctors prescription but as soon i stopped taking them same condition came back.
i dont think this connects with any past event.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
ans:
mostly in evenings when alone.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

ans:
aggravates my suffering i think high temps.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
ans:
didnt notice

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
ans:
have problem with hot weather all other feel fine.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
ans:
agreeable, quiet, short temper.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
ans:
feel scared

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
ans:
yes

Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
ans:
no

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
ans:
talking to oneself

How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
ans:
miss my family alot.
think about my love(finacee) most of the time and plan to live togather forever.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
ans:
fear of loosing my love (means if he stops loving me) if i loose him then i ll not wish any more for any thing.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
ans:
crave for sweets sometime.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
ans:
normal

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
ans:
normal

ans:

normal

ans:
mostly constupation and gastric problem sometime stomach ache.

well enough once slept.
posture is with bend knees to stomach and take by side.

ans:
yes

ans:
no

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
ans:
taken pills as i mentioned earlier for periods.
taking iron tablets currently some multivitamins.
and sometimes Omeprazole capsule for stomach ache.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
ans:
not really.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
(For Females)
ans:
as i mention my weight and height earlier my complection is fair and physical apperence is average and attractive.

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
ans:
normal pain.
first two days heavy flow with clotting.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
ans:
just had jondace once in my life when i was 16. recoverd fully.

i have tried my best to answer your questions hopefuly it will give u a better picture to suggest me something benefitial.

please take PULSATILLA 30C every four hours for a day or two during your painful menstrual symptoms. generally during headaches you can try this remedy.

if the pain around the ovaries is sharp and stinging, please take APIS MEL 12C every 3 hours till the pains continue.
