gastric acidity

I am suffering of gastric acidity, reflux and a hiatal hernia which has be diagnosed 3 years ago.Following this topic in the forum, after one month and half under pariet 20 mgs, i decided to stop it. I started Natrum-phosphoricum 6 CH 3 pellets 3 times a day after meal 10 days ago. I felt an immediate relief during the first week then symptoms got back (not as worse as they were before starting NP). three days ago i also started Arnica 30CH in a wet dose, 1 tsp twice a day. I am not waiting for a response. Should i wait for a stable improvement before reducing NP ? for example twice daily instead of 3 times daily ? what would you recommend me ? Thank you for your help.

please try to stay on (Natrum phos-6x) 4tablets 3times a day for week only then report back,ok

Hi Faisal.I know the week isn't over yet but my symptoms are getting worse.Stomach pain, painful hunger, a lot of gas (coming up from the mouth)and burning throat.Why do i felt better the first 10 days then worse the following ones ?I am afraid that too much acidity might affect the oesophagus more than it is actually.Is there anything i can do beside a very healthy lifestyle and small meals without any acids ? Is the effect of Nat-phos 6 CH long to see a stable improvement ? thanks for your advise and sorry for my poor english. I am a french lady :) Waiting for your reply. Regards. nathalie

Hi Zahid. Thanks for your reply. I do not have lycopodium 200 CH and i don't even know if it is available in Moscow as homeopathic pharmacies are not reliable at all. All my remedies were brought to me from France. Anyway, under the advise of a friend i have already tried lycopodium 30CH for 3 days and it did not help. Then she recommended carbo vegetabilis 30 CH and no effect either. My constitutional remedy is Arsenicum but i have already taken it in 30CH potency for 3 days and didn't feel better.I also tried it in 200CH. Since it is not easy to get homeopathy in Russia and even difficult to be delivered from outside because of too many customs problems, i might only be lucky if you recommend me take an homeopathic remedy that i have already in my home. Thanks
