hand nerve

whats the the medicine for trembling of nerve below the thumb of left hand.

and what could be the reason, this is just sudden for my freind.

Why would tell someone to go to a hospital? For treatment by allopathic physician? Why would you not prescribe a homeopathic remedy?

trembling is for 2-3 seconds and sometimes for 4-6 seconds after every 2-3 hours
