does it have to be 30C potency? i have Hepar Sulph Calc 30X at home. can it be taken instead? otherwise i will purchase 30C. please let me know

so, 72 hours later we have quite some changes :)
- rash is gone! no more anywhere! amazing! skin still feels a bit dry with just a few dry patches;
-she still coughs, but its no longer suffocating and terrifying, its more like she is trying to cough something out. there were some clear slimy expectorations with vomiting during the first 24 hours;
-nose stopped running;
-she smiles and laughs, but is still a bit whiny and wants to be held, starts crying if I put her down for a second, its a bit unusual for her;
-sleeps a lot
so, I feel like these are all very positive changes, and I want to thank you very much for your help, your time and your knowledge! do you think the case is 'closed' or I should be on the lookout? :)

this morning I noticed little red spots randomly placed on her body, mostly chest and stomach and of course diaper area (agggrrr!); little rash on her chest.
she is still coughing; worse at night.
is it time to take Hepar Sulph 30c?

forgot to mention that she might be teething, lots of drooling and chewing on her fists non-stop, looks like it is irritating her. not sure if it might be of any importance.

Hi Sameer! I wanted to report changes 3 days after taking Hepar Sulphur 30c:
-no cough;
-no nasal discharge; nose dry in the mornings; she is a bit congested; 'rattling' while breathing
-generally in a good mood; wants to be held upright, crying when alone;
-lots of drooling, wouldnt stop chewing on her fists;
-eyes a bit puffy;
-no body rash; diaper rash comes and goes, not as severe as before;
I started taking Bach flower remedy for myself. Can I do it while nursing? how might it effect the baby?

it has been 2 weeks. She has been great all this time, however last night her
-breathing became 'heavier', wheezing
- occasional cough and sneezing
-last night crying all night having difficulty passing gas
- dry nose
-she has been having really hard time staying by herself, she wants me or anybody else's attention at all times now.
Should I get Hepar Sulphur 200c?
Please, advise!

-had a running nose 12h into taking the remedy, now back to somewhat 'dry' nose, some nasal discharge, dry, and hard to get out;
-NOT happy when alone, smiling and cooing when held; yesterday wouldnt stop crying - screaming during a car ride, the minute i took her out of a car seat, she calmed down;
-stools MUCH more frequent, sour smell;
-sleep pattern has changed; sleeps more often, but less time.

she has been feeling great all this time!!! until last night when she developed a sudden fever (100F). She has been teething for the past 2 months, but now the teeth seem to be cutting through. she is miserable, poor thing!!! i used to give my son Camilia by Boiron when he was teething, what a relief it was! can i give her the same? would it interfere with Phos (took Phos 2 weeks ago)?
apart from teething and fever ( i hope these 2 are related), there are some other changes I wanted to report to you about:
-nasal obstruction finally cleared about 2 days ago; there is some clear/whitish discharge, doesnt come out on its own, have to use a Q tip, lumpy;
- this past week she got constipated, no bowel movement for 3 days in a row, when she finally went, it was greenish with lots of mucous ;
- she has been in a great mood! very happy and smiling a lot! wants attention!

she has! for the most part! especially when she is given attention. i noticed fever last night around 2 am. she was very warm all over. this morning around 8 she was very quiet and content, fever was mostly in the 'back', the back of her head, back of her neck, above the ears. around 10 am she cried a lot, fever felt worse, she threw up all the milk she had had through the night. after one hour nap, she was very happy, smily, still feverish. now 4 hours later, fever calmed down a bit, still in the back, she seems content, smiles back, cried for a minute after vomiting a bit, now happy.
