Acid reflux
I have acid reflux for the past 2 years. I tried everything. Sometimes severe acid burns also lead to spasms and I feel it is very painful and impossible to swallow. Acid reflux also leads to throat infection when acid vapors hit the upper respiratory tract, it almost all the time remain in an inflamed condition making it very vulnerable for infections. I am tired of trying over the counter ranitidine, cimitidine, Omniprozole ( I am not sure I am spelling these correctly). And of course Pepsid and all the other Aluminum paraphernalia. I have changed food habits a lot. These days I eat little and often, although it improved a bit for a while, it went back to its ways like before. I almost feel that my heart burn has a mind and intelligence of its own. No matter what I try ( including relaxation and meditation), it will always figure out a way to get back at me! My pain is constant when I don't have spasms. But when I feel the spasms they are momentary but excruciating and almost unbearable. I stopped drinking soda eons ago. I am a strict vegetarian, eat typical South Indian food for the most part with Occasional Pizza/burger/pasta thrown in. I am now hoping to find a cure with homeopathic medicine. But my knowledge is next to nothing. Please help!
