2 issues - Severe Anxiety and Acne.

Hi,

im 19 and male.

I have suffered from generalised 'free-floating' anxiety for the past 2 years. Just worries about everything and anything!.

I also have acne mostly whiteheads on my face, but also on body and occationally cystic acne.

Could anyone recommend treatment for these?
