Heavy hair fall

i'm very concern, 5 years ago I used to have thick hair, but I started to have very itchy scalp, (I used every dandruff shampoo) and my hair falls off, I've lost about 70% percent of my hair, lucky I have naturally curly hair, but everytime, my hair falls off, there's this white head at the root of the hair, and when I scratch my head, I get this white grain sand sized stuff, I have no idea what it is, and it's making my hair fall off, new hair not coming , and I'm only 27 years, before I had this condition, I had soo much hair
Addition information- I went to dermatologist and they did a biopsy test and said its a Women Pattern hairloss, and prescribed Rogain for Men. Is there a substitute in Homeopathy for Rogain or any other thing tht can help.Please suggest
