gout, receding hair, fungal infection in throat

Hello, Please could somebody suggest a remedy for a friend, male: 38 years

1. Describe your main suffering? chronic cough, fungal infection, gout. Bouts of bi-polar -three times in life lasting a few months each time- always related to hightened religious awareness and visions.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? gout, fungal infection in throat and ears, athele's foot, permanant blocked nose, flem in throat-easily expelled.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? suffered sexual abuse when he was 10 years, having a deep effect on mind causing him to feel he has lost his innocence.

Tendency to aggressive behavior, fearless, confident, intelligent.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? cold weather

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? cold aggrevates

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? better in hot


10. Describe your general mental set up? Moody, Arrogant, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy, disorganised, messy, disheveled looking

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? no

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? no

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc? always rubbing face and grazing it.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? prefers family, loves children and wife.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? no

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? chocolate

13. How is your thirst: normal to Excessive

14. How is your hunger:Excessive

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? don't like hot drinks

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? normal.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? tendancy to diaoria

18. How well do you sleep? very deep sleep, fall to sleep quickly
Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? feet must be out of the quilt, feeling of heat in feet when sleeping.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all? agressive, moody, independant, likes own company, likes to tease people, addicted to tv and music, short concentration span, reading immediately induces sleep, sleepiness after taking food.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? prosac- sleepiness

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance Slim build, lean musles, big round head, thin shoulders and legs. Enjoys wearing older clothes, hates wearing new clothes.

receding hairline, thin, limp hair.

Bright red lips.

eyes are dull.

Academically- lazy,even though intelligent.

Doesn't like bathing

Please advise
