fever and cough in a child

hello,

i'm trying to differentiate between gels. and bell for my daughters fever and cough.

the gels. worked early on when it was only cough and she was dizzy upon standing up.

fever began, no thirst and a brief appearance of sore throat. i then gave bell. which helped but now has stopped.

any suggestions?
