Guttate Psoriasis

I have had guttate for about 12 yrs and last april i had a tonsilectomy, this has helped reduce it but it is still under the surface and slowly returning as the winter is approaching. I have seen a homeopath in the past and have had some sucess.
i would be grateful for any help and advice.
