pain, left lower back (kidney or lumbar, not sure) to let testicle

I have been suffering for 2 weeks from pain in my left loer back/kidney region.

It is worse at night and early morning.

It keeps me from falling asleep, it wakes me up at 5ish in the morning.

It hruts to move, laying on back, sides and stomach all painful.

AFter one or two hours in morning it is better. Stnading is difficult at first, but standing and moving seem to relieve pain.

Pain is present in left testicle as well.

I have cyst on epididymis now for 20 years.

Last year I was diagnosed with a cyst on testicle as well.

I am 41, over weight (120 kg), 175 cm tall. Blood pressure, heart, etc all normal.

Bene in pain all day now.

No fever, just the pain in back/kindey through abdomin to testcle.

I may go to the emergency room tomorrow if it worsens.
