Pilonidal Cyst
Please help! I'm a 25 year old white male. In the past year I found out I had a Pilonidal Cyst due to it abscessing. I had a doctor lance/drain the cyst.About 6 months later it started to come back but I went in early and the doc just gave me an antibiotic and it went away.
I have 2 small holes and 1 medium hole (tracts).
I was supposed to have surgery this friday but after watching youtube videos and reading about the surgery I canceled the appointment.
Please help me heal this thing without surgery!
I'm currently in no pain and there is no bump. I just see the 3 holes.
PLEASE HELP!

Ok... please confirm the steps im taking from the above link:
The following treatment is generally suggested for pilonidal sinus
1. take myristica 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for few days. This should open the wound and drain out pus.
2. take silicea 6c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for a week or so until all pus etc. is drained out.
3. take silicea 200c thrice a day to wind up the treatment.
My question is do I still start with myristica 30C??? I have no current pain or pus coming out of the 3 tracts. There is no bump either. Is there still pus up in there that i need to drain?

As you are not having any symptoms right now, you may take 4 pellets of Calcarea Sulphurica 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for one week and report back.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

The only symptoms I currently have are 3 openings or tracts inbetween the top of the buttucks. I have no pain no infection just the 3 openings. I've been keeping the area clean and free of hair but I want to heal the tracts closed so the cyst doesn't come back. Please advise!
