FOlliculitis on my scalp

Hi i am wondering for the last1/2 a year or so i have been experiencing scalp folliculitis! So far it is not to serious and i only seem to get a few pimples a a time! I have been noticing that some come and go and some go and come back again in the same spot. Another thing is as of late my face seems o be getting dry and a very slight red tinge to it! Nothing to serious, but indeed noticable. I have noticed my face does burn slightly as well as my scalp. I have also had some from of back acne for the last 5-7 years or so. When i went to the Dr. e prescribed me first 300 mg of clindamyicin 3 times a day and benzoyle peroxide. Although shortly after treatment the pimples returned. I do not think the pill helped as i did not have any pimples for a few week ors so before i started the pills. The only reason i knew i had it is because after i have cut my hear with hair clippers i was noticing a bunch of tiny bald spots about 1/3-1/2 cm in diameter. I then went to a diffenent dr. where he prescribed me fucidin creme. The creme does seem to take the pimples out quicker than normal but only work when the pimples are present. He said it comes from shaving my head, although i shave it with hair clippers and only to 1/8-1/4' in length. Do anybody on here have any idea how to treat this or any idea what it is as there seem to be so many types and causes of folliculitis>>>
