Tonsils have my son 5.3 years

Dear respected doctors
My son have from last few months Tonsils and little fever with dry coughing and not eating. Our doctor did test his boold, urine and stool test and looks no problem. Even they gave him two times AUGMENTIN Anti-biotic it give for days relief but again tonsils is there.
Kindly suggest best remedies to get rid of this tonsils.

Please give him Hepar Sulph 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and report back after 4 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
