electic sparks from foot to head, and in the Genital area these

I am 32 years old male. From a year before I am facing a very difefrent kind of problem.

One year before I had pain in lower abdomen, swelling and pain in testicles and in Penis.
I consulted a Allopath doctor and he gave some medicines and after a months time it got minimized and the Allopath doctor advised me to drink lot of water as it was in summer season. He asked me to wear tight undergarmets as there is a possiblity of testicles getting damaged as I ride two wheeler.

After that also I had the pain in my testicles on and off.

After some months from that when I go for bed in the night I felt sensation as of an insect was moving in my foot (that is in the nerves inside my foot), Sudddenly this will increase and a electric sparkle pain will appear in the leg, thigh and in the foot. This was also sometimes occuring in the day time while I was working. During this time I had constipation on and off.

Then now this tingle, sparkle has increased and it starts like from the foot and moves through my legs thighs, testicles , penis and to left side of the heart and till the head crown. My sleep was totally disturbed. And this happens in the daytime also now.

Could you please help me in solving this problem. Is this allergy or some problem in testicles or nervous disorder?
