Tonsilitis and adenoids

My daughter is 4 yrs old. It is from December 09 that we are facing problem of cold.I will mention a little about her health history.
1. She is having a very low appetite.
2. She has nasal congestion whenever she has cold which is very frequent. From lst three months she is snoring and is not having sound sleep especially during night.
3. She sleeps with mouth open.
4.She has green colour nasal discharge generally and it increases evenif she has something cold though in small quantities.
4.Ent says the problem is of enlarged tonsilitis and it has to be operated.
5.With antibiotics her nasal discharge stopped for a week and again as soon as she had something cold it all started again.
5.We have not taken xray to confirm adenoids but her pediatrician says that she surely has adenoids problem.
6.My cousin is a homeopath who has given following medicines on phone

-Nux vomica 200 3times in hour in a gap of 10-10 mins
-Balcillinum 1M as above
-symphytum 1M 4 pills once in morning
-medorrinum 1 M 4 pills once in bed time

All the four medicines have to be given once in 15 days
Also NAT MUR 6x everyday 3 times with acough syrup.

Please let me know if there are any other
medicines or these are enough for the problem concerned. She is a bad eater and though she has 15 kg weight. Sometimes she is hyperactive and cranky. But she has good stamina and is generally in a happy mood.
