Unknown Cause to Weight Gain
I've slowly gained weight over the past couple of years even though I'm an active person, exercise regularly, and eat a very healthy and for the most part, unprocessed diet. I wasn't sure if perhaps it was due to hyperthyroidism or not and I detest going to the doctors to find out since I am otherwise in excellent health.I did start eating only sea salt (which doesn't have iodine) in it and so I've been looking for something to replace to see if it helps, but so far the herbs I've been taking haven't helped much.
Any suggestions?
