Nasal congestion at night for 4 yr old kid.

Hi,
My son is 4 yr old & is having severe naal congestion problem either due to frequent cold or duue to seasonal allergies.He is fine durng the day time but at night when he sleeps , the problem starts.
He cannot sleep also due to that.
can you pls suggest some powerful remedy which will cure it quickly??
