Also, please make a list of the symptoms in your own language.
Not a repertory language list.

....like if he falls down while playing he does not cry usually ...he can tolerate biting on cheeks by his grand father and uncles....but if he is told that someone will be spoken to harshly he requests not to do so ...if somebody is scolded in front of him he gets upset and scolds back the person for this reason .....cannot tolerate discord or heated talks between family members

There are many issues and inconsistencies with the above list of rubrics:-
How do you know that the urine was suppressed or aggravated his disease?
How is he indifferent to food, yet craves rice tea and potatoes?
How often does he have worms, and does he still have worms, and are the worms causing problems?
What is the exact position he adopts during sleep?
What kind of amusement does he desire, and how is this different to any other child? Is this desire out of the ordinary in some way?
What exactly does he do when things are untidy? What kind of chaos is he sensitive to?
How is his dancing a negative characteristic? Do you wish to cure this?
Is he unhappy before he eats, that becoming cheerful is a noticeable characteristic?
What kind of things does he learn with difficulty?
When is his concentration difficult?
Describe this 'tranquility' he gets, and what kind of excitment does it alternate with?
What kind of excitement comes from music?
What siutations does he wish to hide in?
How is his joy a problem? Do you wish to cure his joy?
As a general problem you are overloading certain symptoms by repeating them in rubrics, such as 'mistakes words' and then using 'mistakes words misplacing' and all the other mistakes rubrics, as well as the Speech rubrics. This will unnaturally weight your analysis to certain remedies that appear in all the rubrics, when only 1 or 2 should be used.
How does he mock?
What situations is he stubborn in?
Is his desire for music a problem? Do you want to cure it?
What is he sensitive to? (this rubric 'sensitive children' is too broad it tells us nothing)
What kind of 'improper' speech is he using?
Constipation is a too broad a rubric and is not useful for choosing remedies.

How do you know that the urine was suppressed or aggravated his disease?
well as he is not keen to go to toilet on his own therefore he is found reluctant to go to toilet to urinate but there is marked discomfort on his poart which is observable
its been happening so lon so obiviously it has an effect on his present condition
How is he indifferent to food, yet craves rice tea and potatoes?
he is indifferent to any other kind of food he is not keen to taste anything that is offered at times he ask for rice and potatoes but all other things he is never found keen to
have
How often does he have worms, and does he still have worms, and are the worms causing problems?
as already mentioned in my previous post he was having woorms but then he is not complaining of itching in rectum presently
What is the exact position he adopts during sleep?
he sleeps on his side with bent knees...never keen to cover himself even in winters
What kind of amusement does he desire, and how is this different to any other child? Is this desire out of the ordinary in some way?
he is always keen to play with others around him and during play he seeks such interactions specially which make him laugh like especially say if one behaves with him like say
ridiculing others he finds it very amusing also he is always keen to go out whenever there is a chance
What exactly does he do when things are untidy? What kind of chaos is he sensitive to?
i have already mentioned in the post he cannot tolerate dirty bathroom floor and otherwise too he is keen to keep things properly like his shoes toys and wants others to keep their things
properly as well
How is his dancing a negative characteristic? Do you wish to cure this?
his dancing is not a negative characterstic rather i repertorize it to mention that there is a certain keeness with him to dance ...like it is with tarentula ...he has a rythm since he was an infant he would
move his body to beat of music....and at parties he is the last to stop dancing ..also like tarentula he loves to hide and i have observed him to be finding hiding as very exciting activity...like tarentula he is
found running aimlessly while playing..he keeps moving his right leg in a bent position (again according to my interpretation restlessness of right limb)
Is he unhappy before he eats, that becoming cheerful is a noticeable characteristic?
yes even when he is hungry he is unhappy when eating and being cheerful is definitly a noticiable characterstic like i mentioned he becomes like an angel and also very joyous
What kind of things does he learn with difficulty?
like i have mentioned he is yet to learn alphabets and words they make like A for Apple ..B for Burger and so on ....he does not recoginze alphabets when asked to recon separately and stress and embarassment is evident on his face
also already mentioned in previous posts he fails to recognize colours
When is his concentration difficult?
during eating and learning
during eating a lot of effort has to be made to keep him sitting in one place...similarly when i try to teach him he keeps looking here and there and follows instruction to things pointed being pointed at (like letters on a chart) with difficulty
Describe this 'tranquility' he gets, and what kind of excitment does it alternate with?
like after eating he becomes tranquill and will be on his own but moment he feels there is an oppurtunity for going out or if something is said to hurry him up he becomes very excited and in such instances he will have
hasty movements and will exclaim and shout like 'lets go''lets do it fast'
What kind of excitement comes from music?
he dances very energetically and if music is switched off he will ask for more ...also he exclaims and shout at others to join him to dance
What siutations does he wish to hide in?
while playing like already mentioned
How is his joy a problem? Do you wish to cure his joy?
joy part i mentioned to enumerate his distinct characterstics
How does he mock?
he will ridicule others and also he imitates a lot
What situations is he stubborn in?
stubborn when threatened with punishment...in eating habits...toilet habits etc
Is his desire for music a problem? Do you want to cure it?
not a problem mentioned as characterstic
What is he sensitive to? (this rubric 'sensitive children' is too broad it tells us nothing)
sensitive to sound ...feelings of tohers like i have mentioned he cannot bear to have anyone in pain
What kind of 'improper' speech is he using?
he uses incorrect expressions
Constipation is a too broad a rubric and is not useful for choosing remedies.
he agrees to go to toilet after much reluctance at times it takes him 3 days so if there is proper urge and pressure from within he will have stools regularly ...thus constipation
