It's been two days. I took it Saturday. It's now Monday evening. I feel pretty good in spite of the time change. My attitude is good and so is my energy level.

Good Morning!
We surpassed 15 days (sorry I was busy with work)...next steps? No symptoms. Cyst is still present just in a much smaller form. It's soft...I feel good. Can't think of any other questions you might ask (I'm trying to think like Nawaz):)

Sorry I didn't get to reply. I took the remedy as prescribed on the 30th. The cyst appears to be slightly smaller....I am becoming much more patient as time goes by because I have seen such an improvement in it already. How long should we give the dose to work?
How is the lady in India (I can't remember where she is located) doing? Better, I hope.

Usually it takes 15 days to see physical changes such as yours with a strong mind.
The lady in India is really a Lady of India. Unfortunately, she is not doing better as she trusts no one and lies. She says, she lies without any reason. She fights with her mother. She selects her own constitutional remedy such as Sulphur, but, now she thinks she is Lachesis? What do we do in this situation? This is what I am telling you is the tip of the iceberg as not to mention the dumping of her boy friend and many people who extend help to her. So, how can you help such a person?
But, anyway, this is life, The Negative Forces will always try to hurt you without any reason.

Happy Monday was me being positive. Mornings are best for me because I get more done. I am the early bird. It's Saturday and I am up at 4, so I can go for a run.

Good Morning,
I am doing fine with good ole GC (gang cyst). Progress is slow, but it's happening. It's not as noticeable and 3/4 what it was as far as height is concerned. Only slightly raised now. Soft too.
What are your thoughts for remedy change? It always takes too long to get the remedy so is there anyway we can stick with what I have already purchased vs getting a new / different one?
It's Sunday...I'm off to yoga and house chores.

You're up and moving early too.
I do relax on the weekends. Yoga is my 'me' time. I enjoy it...it's relaxing...makes me feel good...etc. House chores...I do whatever it takes to ease my mind. Only a couple of hours, then I am heading out to enjoy the sun and warm weather with window shopping.
When should I repeat the remedy and how much should I take?
Now that I am seeing progress, I don't mind it being slow. I am hoping with the slow process, it means it will not return. Slow and steady always wins, right?

Good Morning!
How are you??? I'm doing well! The cyst is stil hanging out but seems to be under control. I have taking a dose of the Phos 1M - 1x a week. Nothing has really changed, but it's also not returned to the original state - which is a good thing. Of course, I am open to suggestions, if you have any!
So, I have another problem, which is not getting better. My hip bursitis has flared up again and it's painful. It' on my right hip and painful to walk, exercise, and even sleep (if I lay on right side- which is the only side I can sleep on). Do you have any recommendations? I have tried everyhing - ibuoprofen, stretching, chiropractic care, etc...-the pain is still prevalent.

Good Morning,
It's day 3 and I do feel some relief. The tingling seems to be more prevalent during the sleeping hours. In other words, it hurts while I am sleeping and is preventing me from getting a decent nights sleep. During the day, it's not too bad.
Have a safe trip back to the US (if you have not already returned).
