how to make medicine in sugar pills?

Can anyone tell me how do the homeopaths make the medicine or administer it in sugar pills?

For medicating 1 dram pills, one should add 2 drops of liquid dilution to non-medicated pills, close the bottle and shake well. Medicated globules are ready.
