Pregnancy and potencies

Hi, could anyone please advise on the most 'appropriate' potency to use during the pregnancy and postpartum. In most of self-help homeopatic books the 200C is recommended. Would that be accurate?

30c would be a good potency. However if a remedy is a good fit, 200c is also fine.
