low haemoglobin,breathlessness, diabetes, heart failure

My wife 66 gets breathless frequently and she has to be hospitalised in I,C.U. She is biabetic since 20 yrs ,on insulin and had CABG done 3 yrs ago.This problem of breathlessness started 3 months ago.Her chest becomes full and exerts pressure on heart and leads to slow failure. Haemoglobin has fallen to 9. Request suitable remedy so that she does not have to be hospitalised frequently. J.S.Virdi

Normally Ferrum Phos-6x is a good supporter of low HGB and it is also oxygen carrier.
