Sebaceous Cysts on Scrotum

I am a 29 year old who has multiple sebaceous cysts on the scrotum. The actual number of cysts is 17 and they vary in size. The largest of the cysts is about the size of a pea while the smaller ones are the size of a pimple. I have had cysts since I started growing hair in the pubic region, which is more than 15 years ago. The cysts are not painful but cause discomfort occasionally. I have, in the past, squeezed the cysts to the point that they burst and an odoriferous white substance comes out.

I have done a moderate amount of research into the treatment and have found no success. Surgery is an option, but only as a last resort as I would like to retain the functionality of my reproductive organ.

If anyone knows of anything that can help please guide me!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
sebaceous cysts on Scrotum do not create any damage or harm to your reproducing system.Of course they do create discomfort. You may take two doses in a day of CALCAREA FLOUR 30X three tablets(each dose)for about a month & see if they get softened & get diffused within the skin surface. NEVER EVER TRY TO SQEEZE & BREAK THEM, It will get infected & create more problem.
