What is the next best choice of a remedy since the Calc-Sil is not working?

Impossible for us to say as there is no 'best' or 'next best' choices for 'disease names' in homeopathy.

The choice depends on the characteristics of 'your' diarrhea and other peculiar symptoms in your body which started with this problem.
